THE COMMUNITY IS FINANCED UNDER SECTION 221(D)(3) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO A REGULATORY AGREEMENT GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD.
