FSNCC's mission is to provide support, education and caring connections to families who have a child with special needs or families who experience a NICU stay. Our guiding principles are supporting caring connections, celebrating uniqueness and nurturing resilience and strength through education.

NICU program (neonatal intensive care unit) - this program supports the whole family through an intensive care journey. We provided 62 baby basic packs. We provided 166 sibling comfort bags for brothers and sisters of NICU babies, distributed over 735 new board books to families as part of our early literacy program and provided baby basics and a safe sleep space to 60 NICU families in financial need. We served close to 426 NICU families while they were in the NICU and our home visitation program served 80 families. We run 9 different support groups including our popular SibClub for brothers and sisters that have a sibling with special needs and our new Stepping Stones positive parenting program designed specifically to address the common behavior issues that families who have children with communication challenges face. We also issued 250 ($10.00) gas cards to needy families along with 41 new baby beds.
