Community mobilization - engage and mobilize citizens from across Duval County in support of public schools through a variety of activities, including the public education ambassadors, a group of volunteers; teachers are more, a campaign to raise public awareness of all that teachers do and engage the public in support of teachers; keeping the community informed during school board elections and the search for a new superintendent; and training and planning for parents who lead, a twenty week program to begin in school year 2018-19 that will train parents and caregivers in civic leadership so that they can become change agents on behalf of children in our community.
