CAP’s mission is to empower every child’s creative spirit, elevate arts educators in their field, and advocate for access and equity in arts education.

During 2018-2019, CAP served a total of 1,449 students through 55 afterschool and summer programs. CAP employed 43 teaching artists, 24 classroom assistants, and an additional 22 guest artists. Students experienced nearly 53 performance and exhibition opportunities throughout the year, impacting a total audience of more than 50,000.
