HEALTH AND AGRICULTURAL SOLUTIONS -- SUDDEN HEALTH CRISES AND CHRONIC, UNTREATED HEALTH CONDITIONS ARE BOTH MAJOR CHALLENGES FOR POOR FAMILIES. SMALLHOLDER FARMERS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE: FARMING FAMILIES MAKE UP 70% OF THE WORLD'S EXTREME POOR AND HALF OF ALL FOOD-INSECURE PEOPLE. GRAMEEN FOUNDATION USA'S HEALTH SOLUTIONS EASE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN OF HEALTHCARE AND CONNECT FAMILIES TO THE INFORMATION, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS THEY NEED, WHEN THEY NEED THEM.
