SAILS RECEIVED A CONTRACT/FUNDING THROUGH TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION AND PROVIDED CONSUMERS WITH SIGNIFICANT DISABILITIES WITH COMPLEX REHABILITATION TECHNOLOGY SUCH AS WHEELCHAIRS, PROSTHETICS AND ORTHOTICS, HEARING AIDS, VISUAL AIDS, VEHICLE MODIFICAITONS AND HOME MODIFICATIONS AND MANY ASSESSMENTS AND EVALUATIONS. SAILS CHANGED THE LIVES OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING DEVICES AND SERVICES THAT ENABLED THEM TO LIVE A FULLER AND MORE INDEPENDENT LIFE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
