Emergency Assistance - (rent,utilities,food,clothing, etc.) The Diocesan Council raises funds for emergency assistance to be distributed through its 40 Conferences. Conference volunteers conduct home visits and offer assistance. The Diocesan Council provides administrative and financial support, helping Conferences fulfill their mission of service to the poor.
