Kipp Miami offers a new model and education alternative for families and students in our community. Kipp Miami, Inc. opened their founding school Kipp Sunrise Academy effective July 1, 2018. Approximately 172 students were enrolled in the school in grades kindergarten through 1st grade. This school year (started July 1, 2019) Kipp Miami, Inc., opened Kipp Liberty Academy, a middle school in West Little River, serving more than 400 elementary and middle school students across some of our communities' most underserved areas, are receiving that opportunity with an educational alternative that is committed to seeing them succeed to and through college.
