To address the region's serious lack of safe, affordable housing, TMHC teamed with Truckee Meadows Planning Agency and contracted with Enterprise Community Partners to analyze conditions and policies (state and local levels). Developed a comprehensive community profile, the basis for a long-term strategic roadmap. Completed two of three phases of the regional strategy for housing affordability plan for adoption in the regional plan. 300,418 people will be impacted.
