Mission
Mission: To provide progressive outdoor sports opportunities to improve quality of life for children, adults and veterans with physical disabilities and their families. Vision: That all individuals with physical disabilities have access to participation in outdoor sports regardless of their location, equipment needs and economic status.

Recreation program - coordinate, promote and provide progressive sports opportunities for children, adults, and veterans with disabilities and their families. Major activities are in cycling, kayaking, water-skiing, rafting, snowboarding and skiing.
