The season once again included six classical and three pops performances, culminating in a sold out performance of Star Wars music and a well-received semi-staged production of Verdi's 'Rigoletto' at Sacramento's Community Center Theatre. The organization performs live professional symphonic music and opera for the Sacramento region and provides live music for the Sacramento Ballet. This season, the orchestra also performed at the Mondavi Center with a Maria Callas hologram production and with internationally renowned singer Andrea Bocelli at the Golden1 Center.
