Our mission is to improve the wellness of Central Oregonians through nationally accredited, affordable, horse-centered therapies and programs. We are the only center east of the Cascades in Oregon offering professionally accredited programs designed to support children, teens and adults with disabilities and special needs. Healing Reins offers multiple programs and is a premier accredited PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International center. We partner with participant families, caregivers, medical and mental health providers and local agencies to deliver a unique team approach to improve quality of life. Healing Reins serves up to 180 people each week throughout the year, impacting the lives of more than 500 unduplicated individuals every year.
