Mission

Store to Door supports independent living for Portland area seniors and people with disabilities by providing an affordable, personal, volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service. Our vision is that the Portland area will be a community where all seniors and people with disabilities are nourished, included and can age with dignity in the setting of their own choice. Store to Door serves most of Multnomah County and parts of Washington County.

About

Store to Door provides weekly low-cost shopping and delivery for groceries, household goods and prescription medicines to individuals who have difficulty shopping on their own due to age or disability. In addition to providing the delivery service, volunteer drivers interact personally with clients who are frequently socially isolated. This provides an opportunity for Store to Door to serve as a resource in identifying frail elderly who might be at risk and in need of additional social assistance. In 2018, Store to Door served 682 clients with 11,569 grocery deliveries.
