17-18 outrigger NAC junior outrigger is awarded an LA84 foundation grant awarded 100,000 for new racing equipment, coaching launch, and scholarships. NAC outrigger placed 4th in world at IVF world distance championships. NAC sent 6 adult men, 4 NAC junior paddlers, and 2 NAC coaches to compete at the IVF world distance championships. This year, the Hal Rosoff classic landed on February 10, 2018. With over 300 paddlers in 350 entries within 5 different races, there was something for everyone. Most people even enjoyed racing twice, topping off at close to 15 miles of racing over the weekend.
