Clinical Services - provided behavioral health services in order to improve the quality of life of persons with severe and prolonged behavioral illness.Substance Use Disorder Services: TCMHS offers outpatient substance use disorder counseling, including treatment for Co-occurring Disorders. TCMHS also offers DEEP (Driver Education and Evaluation Program). Adult Outpatient Services: Individual and group counseling, diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and psychiatric consultations are provided throughout our service area.
