The mission of Community Connections is to successfully meet the needs of children in foster and adoptive placements by providing quality treatment services through family centered practice.

In 2018, Community Connections, Inc. served 98 children in foster care in the custody of the Division of Family and Children Services. As a child placing agency, additional supportive services to foster parents include: 24 hour on-call professional support, crisis intervention services, and respite services. Annual events, including a BBQ and Holiday Party, are held to honor and appreciate foster parents.
