The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning of the Hebrew University develops and serves a global network of schools. We strive to enhance the knowledge base of adults and families through sequential and comprehensive Jewish text-based curricula. Melton Direct and Leadership Curriculum - In Person Network of community-based schools offering adults the opportunity to acquire Jewish literacy in an open, trans-denominational, intellectually stimulating learning environment. In addition the offering of MELTON ONLINE allows students who do not live in an area with a Melton School the opportunity to learn from home with a personal computer or mobile device. This technology allows students to see and hear all participants in virtual classrooms. Study with learners and faculty from across North America and around the world and experience the most successful pluralistic, sequential, and comprehensive adult Jewish learning program ever developed.The Leadership Curriculum Program is focused on practical leadership skill development that includes Jewish texts to frame and inspire the conversation. Utilizing case studies and other leadership exercises, it is designed to give lay leaders a focused time to learn, network and be challenged in the presence of like-minded individuals who can help them reflect on their own leadership obstacles and opportunities.
