Beyond lighting and sound equipment packages, as a rental venue, Stage 773 provides full box office and front-of-house services and 24-hour technical assistance to all tenants. The facility offers primary theater rentals to longer running shows and secondary/cabaret rentals to artists performing one night, weekly or monthly. Artist's programs: Stage 773 is devoted to providing opportunities for artists to further their training and produce their work in a creative, supportive, financially viable environment through four primary artist's programs: 'The Artist's Lab', 'Laugh Battle', 'The Clubhouse and 'The Box Partnership'. Productions: Stage 773 produces its own shows and festivals. 'Cupid Has a Heart On', is Chicago's longest running sketch musical (since 2002). 'The Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival', the world's largest sketch festival, was founded in 2001. 'The Chicago Women's Funny Festival', founded in 2011, celebrates all of the contributions and creativity of women in all comedic art forms. 'The Chicago Nerd Comedy Festival', founded in 2013, hosts niche comedy groups on one stage. The Stage 773 'One Act Festival' features some of Chicago's most creative off-loop theater companies sharing a stage.
