With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y nurtures the potential of every youth and teen, improves the nation’s health and well-being, and provides opportunities to give back and support neighbors.

The impact made by the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA in 2022 was strong! With a special focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y served kids, families, and adults in 25 towns and cities including Bridgeport, New Haven, and Mt. Washington, MA (home of YMCA Camp Hi-Rock).
