BCFC is a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) article 31 community based outpatient clinic conveniently located in the historic Ditmas Park/Flatbush district in Brooklyn providing services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. The center is dedicated to excellence in helping families and individuals solve and cope with stress and emotional problems, develop strong family bonds, and instill greater emotional growth and better coping capabilities.
