Since our founding more than 33 years ago, ICL keeps moving the line of what is possible for people living with serious life challenges. Every day, at more than 100 mental health and substance abuse programs across New York City, we see that we do works – people do get better with us. Regardless of where they start, we believe all people have the ability to change and grow to lead the most fulfilling and self-supporting life possible. And we stand by each person every step of their journey, regardless of how difficult it may get.
About
Mental health residential services- this program provides supportive housing for people with serious mental illness in the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Queens. Over 1400 men, women and children live in ICL residences and the subsidized rental apartment program with the support of case manager counselors.
