We achieve this through: expanding access to comprehensive primary care; reducing health barriers to learning; responding to the needs of children impacted by major public health crises, and improving the health and well-being of children through advocacy and public education efforts.

IN 2018, CHF's NETWORK PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN 16 STATES, WASHINGTON, DC AND PUERTO RICO, CUMULATIVELY REACHING MORE THAN 102,000 INDIVIDUALS, IN OVER 320,000 ENCOUNTERS. SERVICES WERE DELIVERED AT OVER 450 LOCATIONS, TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN IMPOVERISHED COMMUNITIES, VIA MOBILE CLINICS, FIXED-SITE HEALTH CENTERS AND SCHOOLS. ALL PROGRAMS ARE AFFILIATED WITH A LOCAL QUALIFIED HEALTH CARE INSTITUTION ENSURING PATIENT ACCESS TO MEDICAL SPECIALISTS AND CLINICAL OVERSIGHT.
