About

Education: The foundation's financial investment in the growing interests and needs of today's MBAs is reflected in the dollars allocated to support more than 165 students in 2018. Programming surrounds the recruitment, scholarship administration, educational curricula, and career development support resources that were enhanced given the larger class and the introduction of new areas of career exploration. In addition, the foundation introduced an expanded learning platform incorporating technical career skill development to complement our leadership development curricula. The foundation's highly successful industry education event presented a deep look into careers within finance to an enthusiastic and high-potential group of more than 300 young professionals accepted into business school in the fall resulting from a robust application process of more than 400 initial candidates for this highly regarded fellowship. From these efforts, a first-year class of fellows were selected representing the welcoming of 90 students for the graduating class of 2020. To reinforce the expectations that surround the Toigo Fellowship and to foster a dynamic diverse professional community, the foundation carries out several activities throughout the academic year anchored by the theme of leadership development and networking. In-person participation allows for one-on-one talent strategy sessions, workshops, corporate introductions, and insights from prominent industry leaders; created an ideal setting for exchange and learning.
