For students and executives, activists and entrepreneurs who want to learn how New York City works so that they can make it better, Coro is the premier leadership training program that delivers the skills, knowledge, and network to lead change. For over 30 years Coro has used the city as its classroom teaching participants how policy is shaped. Coro is a community of 2,500 alumni across business, government, schools and non-profits sharing a lifelong commitment to participate in civic life. They are leaders and influencers, developing innovative and effective solutions to public issues, incorporating different points of view and voices in their decision-making, and inspiring others to lead change in society.

Coro Fellows: The Coro Fellows Program is a nine-month, full-time, leadership training program that prepares diverse, talented, and committed individuals for effective and ethical leadership in the public arena. 12 fellows are selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, who are committed to bringing about change in New York City.
