Annual conference: On April 5-7, 2019, Committee of 100 hosted its 2019 annual conference in New York City. C100 honored its co-founder and governor I.M. Pei with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award for Global Architectural Design'; C100 member Morris Chang with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award for Global Technology Innovation', and Maurice R. Greenberg with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award for Advancing U.S.-China Relations'. 15-year old Peter Wang was given a posthumous award for embodying the best of American ideals and heroism.
