SUPPORTs THE EXISTING COMMUNITY THROUGH THE TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE ARTISANS AND CITIZENS. The organization also provides, RECREATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE AND TO REINFORCE THOSE opportunities THAT CURRENTLY EXIST THAT ARE DESIRABLE to the community.
