The Animal Welfare Council of the Alleghenies AWC operates Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic. The clinic offers low cost spay and neuter services to the general public, animal shelters, kennels and adoptive agencies. The clinic offers flea and worming products, vaccines and micro-chipping. AWC also distributes pet food through local food banks. The clinic owns a building in Bradford Twp., Clearfield County Pa. The clinic operates three days a week and employs one veterinarian, three part time technicians, one part time assistant and one part time receptionist.
