Case managers are available to work with the clients three days a week. There is also a transitional apartment program located at 290 and 292 Grant Avenue. This program assists individuals moving from homelessness to permanent housing. Chapel House is an advocate for the homeless population, not only providing emergency food and shelter, but working cooperatively with other community agencies to promote self-sufficiency, personal growth and social responsibility.
