Facilitation of community impact projects that include but are not limited to: financial education programs for low and moderate-income families; safe teen driving programs; snackpack programs for students in need; recreation for youth; and health and safety for seniors. United Way of Sullivan County also provides low-cost rental space to five other not-for-profit agencies in its building located at 33 Lakewood Ave, Monticello; and provides the Monticello Gymnastics Club with 2,000 square feet of space at no cost to allow hundreds of local children to have the opportunity to participate in valuable training and recreation.
