The mission of the National Association of Nephrology Technologists (NANT) is to promote the highest quality of care for End State Renal Disease (ESRD)/Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients through education and professionalism. NANT's goals are to provide educational opportunities for the technical practitioner and other members of the integrated care team, represent the technical professional in the regulatory and legislative arena, achieve recognition for the role and significant contribution of the technical practitioner to the total care of the ESRD/CKD patient, develop technical professionals for leadership roles and to serve as a resource for the ESRD/CKD community to accomplish these goals.
