The Central New York SPCA was formed in 1891 to address animal neglect and cruelty. It provides a safe haven for animals, offers resources to pet owners, and ensures care and compassion for animals in need.

Animal care- provides shelter, care and medical attention to stray, abused and unwanted animals with a strong adoption program to place those animals in loving, responsible homes.
