Adoption services - this program provides home study investigation, reports, decision making consultation, and follow-up reports for persons interested in pursuing international adoptions. Substance abuse program - provides a comprehensive face-to-face assessment and clinical evaluation as well as recommendations for a course of treatment to individuals suffering from a dependency on drugs or alcohol.
