To foster the production, promotion, or acquisition of community video programming in Framingham, Massachusetts by supporting open, diverse, and equitable access to the community video production facilities of the corporation; allocating channel space and time for cablecast programming; and providing training to Framingham residents and organizations in the use of access facilities and equipment.
