To own, operate, or otherwise preserve and improve the Pelham Picture House, an historic building located in the town of Pelham, New York; to screen new, independent and classic films and filmed cultural events, including without limitation, opera and ballet; to present artists, media arts scholars and filmmakers to the public; to offer classes, lectures and presentations on all categories of film making, including documentary, fiction and animated film making; to offer classes, lectures and presentations on all aspects of film, cinema and the performing arts.
