The conference mission is to provide the premier statewide educational and networking forum for the women of the state. In 2009, the conference added a career fair to the conference programming to address the career and employment issues facing the state. The components of the career fair included employers with jobs for hire, resume critiquing services for attendees, career coaching and experts addressing how to look for a job, what employers are looking for, and how to brand oneself.

The Pennsylvania Conference for Women is a non-profit organization that provides professional and personal development educational opportunities to women. We do this through two annual events - a one-day conference and a half-day workplace summit - that attracted more than 12,000 attendees in 2019. Through these educational events, more than 100 renowned speakers share their expertise with women on health, personal finance, executive leadership, small business and entrepreneurship, work/life balance, branding and social media marketing, and more. In addition, the Pennsylvania Conference for Women provides year-round digital programming and original content through the podcast, 'Women Amplified, and interviews, articles, and more delivered through our newsletter and social media platforms.
