Chained Dog Outreach: Change the caretaking vision and quality of dog guardians who currently chain their dogs 24/7, or whom otherwise keep their dogs outside 24/7. Free distribution of relief supplies in association with seasonal needs: straw insulation, doghouse replacements, fence construction to get dogs off chains, preventative vet care, including free spay/neuter and parasite medications and enrichment items to ensure that every dog is left better than they were when found. Conversation that supports cooperative learning and retention of dogs in their homes and out of local shelters. Through our hands-on approach,outreach continues for as long as needed with repeated unsolicited visits occurring weekly in underserved neighborhoods plagued by lack of resources and financial barriers.
