The corporation was organized to provide rental housing for low and moderate-income elderly persons. It owns and operates an affordable housing project consisting of a total of 33 rental units for low income seniors in Walnut Creek, California. The project is regulated by HUD as to rent charges, operating methods and other matters under Section 202 of the National Affordable Housing Act.
