About this organization
Mission
To collect, restore, display and preserve material evidence of military units and individuals in the uniformed services of the state and the United States, and those in the civilian sector involved with military heritage, for generations to come. The foundation collects and displays material artifacts associated with Delaware related units, individuals, places, events, ships and aircraft of the uniformed services, to include active army and air national guard, active and reserve components of the army, navy, air force, marine corps, coast guard, public health service and national oceanic and atmospheric administration corps.

To collect, restore, and preserve for educational purposes, material evidence of military units and individuals in the uniformed services and related civilian sectors. The foundation will arrange displays, and provide speakers, to interpret our military heritage for students and adults and generations to come. Also, continue the restoration of the World War II building at Fort Dupont located within the city of Delaware City, Delaware, provide displays of military artifacts at open houses, and sponsor a military field day at Fort Dupont with reenactors.
