In support of its mission, NAPDS organizes an annual conference for members and interested teachers, teacher educators, policy makers and school and university stakeholders. The conference is an opportunity for teachers and teacher educators from around the US and the world-all involved in teacher education and school-university partnerships in some way to share their research and teaching practices and to learn from each other in order to improve their own programs and practices. The conference serves approximately 750 attendees per year, the vast majority of whom are association members. The association also publishes two paper copy journals(two issues per year each) as well as multiple online editions of these journals.
