Mission

Changing Expectations mission is to provide the highest impact STEM, tech, and computing workforce development programs to inspire Black and Hispanic youth and adults to pursue STEM, tech, and computing careers. Our programs are designed to study and increase Black and Hispanic youth and adult interest, engagement, learning, knowledge, and intentions to persist in STEM, tech, and computer science education and careers, including artificial intelligence, information technology, and cybersecurity. We focus our work on reaching out to youth and adults who might otherwise not have access to quality STEM, tech, and computer science education and workforce development programs to close the opportunity gaps they face.
