The First Time/Last Time Program of the NFJC of WNY is a time-tested alternative to incarceration program in Erie County designed to assist young men and women between the ages of 16-21 who become involved in the criminal justice system for the first time. Respected and widely utilized by the local judicial system and law enforcement community, the premise of this youth service program is to reduce the rate of recidivism among the 16-21 year old first offender population and to serve as a conduit for the youth to achieve their maximum potential.
