Vision Statement: Life of inclusion for individuals with disabilities United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) through it's network of 58 affiliates educate, advocate and provide support services to people living with wide ranges of disabilities to ensure a life without limits for themselves and their families . UCP Affiliates are leaders in their communities providing innovative programs and services every day for more than 154,049 children and adults with disabilities on an annual basis.
