The organization was organized to teach young children and teenagers baton twirling to promote healthy competition and self-esteem, confidence and team building skills in healthy competitions at the state, regional, national and international levels through baton twirling in teams and solo competitions along with community involvement. The teams are organized during the school year with practices at both the main office and practice sites located in several school districts located on Long Island. The girls may advance to the travel team where they will compete against other local twirling organizations located in the vicinity as well as in the other regions. During the summer months, a summer clinic is run along with the regional, national and international competitions. The community involvement includes participating in several town parades, events, and other related functions throughout the year.
