CHRISTIAN CAMP IN KOLENTSI, UKRAINE - Provided for the continued operation of our Christian camp in Kolentsi, Ukraine. This amount included 1 Complete funding of summer and winter camps for over 200 orphans and at-risk children who attended one winter camp, five summer camps and smaller retreats during the school year, including girls sewing camps teaching them much needed skills for future needs. Included was clothing, craft supplies, and nutritious meals and snacks. Missionaries from USA, Holland, and Ukraine assisted with teaching, and various other activities at the camps 2 Renovation of camp property including new kitchen tiles/cabinets and flooring throughout the directors house, new fencing on sports field, refreshed paint in cabins, updating of electric heaters, filters, etc., and re-stocking the Lodge with general supplies, and 3 Outreach to surrounding small villages with food and supplies for approximately eighty 80 at risk children, through our partnership with local Social Services.
