FAMILY PLANNING - THE CENTER PROVIDES CONTRACEPTIVES AND PERFORMS PAP SMEARS, BREAST EXAMS, GYN SERVICES AND PROVIDES REFERRALS FOR MAMMOGRAMS. ALSO PROVIDED ARE EXAMS SPECIFICALLY FOR MEN'S HEALTH INCLUDING TESTICULAR EXAMS AND PROSTATE SCREENING. NUTRITIONAL AND SAFE SEX COUNSELING IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE CENTER. GENERAL MEDICINE PROGRAM - THE CENTER PROVIDES TESTING AND TREATMENT FOR CHRONIC CONDITIONS SUCH AS HYPERTENSION, DIABETES AND HIGH CHOLESTEROL AS WELL AS ADMINISTERS FLU SHOTS. HIV/AIDS PROGRAM - THE CENTER PROVIDES PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH HIV IN A TIMELY, COMPASSIONATE, AND CONFIDENTIAL MANNER. ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTREACH, AND SUPPORT GROUPS. PRENATAL CARE PROGRAM - THE CENTER PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PRENATAL SERVICES FROM PREGNANCY TESTING TO 26 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY FOR WOMEN AGES 16 TO 40. PRENATAL SERVICES INCLUDE LABORATORY TESTS, ULTRASOUNDS, OFFICE VISITS AND MEDICATIONS. SENIOR EXAMS - THE CENTER OFFERS BASIC PHYSICAL EXAMS AT NO COST TO THE PATIENTS. SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS PROGRAM - THE CENTER PROVIDES LOW-COST DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT FOR SYPHILIS, CHLAMYDIA, GENITAL WARTS, HERPES AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS. THE CENTER ALSO MAKES REFERRALS TO OTHER HEALTH SPECIALISTS AND OUTREACH PROVIDERS.
