Development of a sustainable network: The Thumb Rural Health Network seeks to improve comprehensive health services in Huron, Sanilac, and Tuscola counties by exploring and facilitating innovative approaches with and among corporate network members. The strategic vision of Thumb Rural Health Network is to design and implement population health in the neighborhood of the Thumb region that can succeed in any payment system.
