Mission
K-9 Lifesavers is an all-volunteer, 501(C)3 nonprofit rescue that saves dogs from overcrowded, high-kill shelters in rural areas and finds them loving homes in the Washington DC area. K-9 Lifesavers also educates its adopters and the community about responsible pet ownership, particularly the importance of spaying and neutering your pet.
