We mobilize American women from all walks of life to fully acknowledge the systemic crisis of gender inequality and the unique role they play in addressing the challenges of the 21st century. NATIONAL AWARENESS AND EDUCATION INCLUDES 1) MAINTAIN THE SHE SHOULD RUN INCUBATOR WITH NO-COST, RELEVANT, NON-PARTISAN CONTENT AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES 2) MAINTAINING PINPOINT, AN INTERACTIVE TOOL THAT ALLOWS WOMEN TO FIND AND SHARE VALUABLE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES THAT FOCUS ON RUNNING AND SERVING IN ELECTED OFFICE AND 3) HOSTING A NATIONAL CONVERSATION PROGRAM. THE SHE SHOULD RUN INCUBATOR IS AN ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM THAT OFFERS WOMEN COURSEWORK ADDRESSING WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP TOPICS. THESE COURSES ARE SELF-DIRECTED AND SELF-PASSED, AND HAVE THE GOAL OF MOVING A WOMAN FROM THE "CONSIDERATION" PHASE TO THE "TAKING ACTION" PHASE OF RUNNING FOR OFFICE. IN 2018 WE HIT 14,000 WOMEN IN THE INCUBATOR.THE PINPOINT TOOL ALLOWS WOMEN TO SEARCH FOR STATE-SPECIFIC RESOURCES RELATED TO CAMPAIGN TRAININGS, CAMPAIGN SUPPORT, NETWORKING, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. IN 2018, WE REGISTERED 512 USERS, AND OFFERED 380 RESOURCES ACROSS 50 STATES.THE NATIONAL CONVERSATION IS FOCUSED ON THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO RUN A BUDGET, RUN A BUSINESS, AND MAYBE RUN THE NATION ONE DAY. IT IS AN IN-PERSON PROGRAM FEATURING LESSON AND AN INTERACTIVE CONVERSATION WITH WOMEN ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND BUSINESS LEADERS. WE HAD 200+ PARTICIPANTS IN THIS PROGRAM.
