Adoption and foster care programs: as the first and only humane society in Council Bluffs and Pottawattamie County, we provide shelter, food, vaccines and medical treatments to thousands of stray, unwanted or abandoned animals each year. This extensive level of care culminates with successful adoptions to families near and far.
