Supporting marginalized group advocacy start-up work in Southeast Asia: Apart from intensive country program work in Myanmar, we also engage in providing technical support and small funding to young leaders in the region. This past year, we supported a transgender activist in Thailand to provide leadership capacity-building to a cross-section of young human rights advocates; supported Vietnams first youth LGBTIQ health and advocacy summit, and supported a small focus group project among people who use drugs in Thailand.
